Meet The Staff

Dr. Karen has been a member of The Dental Studio since December 2021. Dr. K began her dental career as a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant working in solo and group general practices and as an oral surgery assistant.

For 37 years Dr. K was a Professor at the School of Health Related Professions teaching in both the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene Programs. Dr. Kulikowski served as a Sergeant with the 194^th Medical Detachment in the New Jersey Army Reserve National Guard for eight years. Dr. K received her DMD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Kulikowski is currently on the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education.

Dr. K is dedicated to improving the smiles of her patients by providing excellent dental care and educating her patients to maintain their oral health. In her free time, she enjoys taking day trips with her son to historical sites and visiting museums.

Fabiana has been with Dental Studios since June 2013.

Fabiana graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been in the dental field for 26 years, first working as a dental assistant prior to pursuing her dental hygiene degree. Fabiana grew up in Livingston, New Jersey, and is a graduate of the Livingston High School.

Fabiana loves having the opportunity to interact with her patients and takes pride in being thorough and gentle with her cleanings. Fabiana is dedicated to providing a healthy smile to every one of her patients.

In her spare time, Fabiana loves to play tennis, bake, and spend time with her husband Tom and her chihuahua, Roxy.

Dana earned her Dental Hygiene degree in 1990 at Union County College/UMDNJ prior to earning her degree she worked at Dental Studios Summit, New Jersey location as a dental assistant.

Dana has been a 30+ year member of the team at the Dental Studios of Summit, recently increasing her hours to meet the patient demands of the practice. Her goals as your dental hygienist are to provide a positive, comfortable dental visit while providing top quality treatment.

She grew up in Berkeley Heights and currently resides in Warren, in her free time Dana enjoys spending time with her two grown children, beach time, travel and watching the Yankees.

Anne was born in Dodge City, Kansas and was raised in Italy by her father who was a professor of Philosophy, and her mother who nurtured six children. She has been a part of the dental field since 1990. Anne completed her studies at the Dental Studies Institute in Fairfield, NJ where she became a Certified Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Assistant.

Anne is a compassionate and caring professional who continues to further her education by attending dental continuing education courses annually. And she says ALL aspects of her life is guided by the “Golden Rule.”

A seasoned dental assistant with 17 years of experience, this Jersey girl with deep Southern roots brings a unique blend of expertise and heart to the dental field. My skills encompass not only chairside assisting but also instruction in dental assisting and CPR/BLS. Family is everything to me, and I enjoy giving back by mentoring my old high school cheerleading team and advocating for Autism awareness. My love for adventure and continuous learning has led me to pursue another degree in public health, driven by a desire to serve underserved communities

With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Dawn brings a deep understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. Beginning her career as a dental assistant, she steadily advanced through the ranks to leadership and management roles, driven by a passion for excellence in patient care. Known for her strong advocacy for patients, she is committed to ensuring every individual receives the highest level of care, compassion, and support throughout their dental experience.

In addition to her dental career, Dawn is also a licensed real estate agent, combining her strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service to help clients find homes that truly meet their needs.

Outside of her professional life, she has been happily married for over 25 years and is the proud mother of five beautiful children. She enjoys traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, staying active—especially on the pickleball court, where her competitive spirit and love for fun shine through.

Brian has been with The Dental Studio since 2024. He enjoys being able to interact with patients and help answer any questions they may have. In his free time, Brian likes to binge-watch a good show or go out with his friends. 

A dedicated Treatment Coordinator with seven years of experience in the dental field, I excel at guiding patients through their treatment plans with clarity and compassion. My goal is ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone.

I’m a loving wife and mother who values connection both professionally and personally. Outside of the dental office, I find joy in spending time at the beach and creating memories with family and friends.

Aaron was born in Princeton and spent most of his life in New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers with a degree in Business administration and History in 2019. Aaron enjoys reading, hiking, reading after hiking and watching the Devils and Yankees play.
